Gain international qualifications that will take you to five star restaurants and five star resorts!

We have recently received some great news that we just have to share with you! Our Crown Certificate in International Hospitality (Hotel and Reception Operations) has just had a makeover and it’s really exciting!

This programme will teach you everything you need to know about working in a hotel, and you’ll learn about food and beverage service in functions and restaurants and also gain travel and tourism skills. What a package!

You will gain national certificates in all three skill areas. The job opportunities are many and varied: Hotel receptionist, Maître d’, bar tender, porter, concierge, event coordinator, café manager….

This is a fantastic course for anyone who is interested in both hospitality (hotel and food and beverage service) and travel and tourism. It will give you the qualifications to work in both industries!

Crown is the only institution in Auckland running this course in 2013. So, if you’re interested in studying this excellent course in 2013, then click here and we will send you some more information about how you can apply.

Here’s what a couple of our recent graduates said about this year’s programme:

“Thanks to Crown Institute, I have scored myself a job at Air New Zealand. I highly recommend that you study at this school. It has amazing staff, you meet amazing people, and most of all you get something out of it. My thanks to all the wonderful people who made it happen. If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t have got an awesome job in travel, which I love! Sign up today!”

“If I didn’t go to Crown I wouldn’t have my great job at the SkyCity Hotel. Crown’s people have made me into the person that I am today and they helped me start my career in this industry! Many thanks to the excellent Crown staff.”
