  • Follow standard operating procedures to deal with familiar problems in a hospitality establishment.
  • Provide arrival and departure reception services in a commercial hospitality establishment.

Course dates 7 Feb – 30 Jun 2017, 24 Apr – 22 Sep 2017, 17 Jul – 8 Dec 2017, 2 Oct 2017 – 13 April 2018
Course times 20 hours per week from 9.00am -1.00pm or from 1.30pm - 5.30pm
Domestic entry requirements You should be 16 years of age or over on the date you start your course. You must attend a personal interview and meet all eligibility criteria (please contact us for details). 
English entry level IELTS 5 with no band lower than 5, or TOEFL pBT 500 with an essay score of 4 TWE, or TOEFL iBT 61 with a writing score of 20.
