Our Hospitality students transformed the humble sandwich into edible art! Students had to prepare, assemble and present complex sandwiches so they created new recipes then whipped up culinary creations! The competition was fierce and intense but high quality, fantastic tasting sandwiches were professionally presented.

Travelog is one of the largest and longest running solutions designed to meet the needs of Retail, Corporate and Wholesale agents in the Australia & NZ markets. Staff at Crown undertook a two day training program to update and provide a deeper understanding of this back office system to develop and teach new unit standards for next year. As trainees on this travel management system, we covered a variety of typical procedures to demonstrate Travelog’s ‘Travel Services’ system capabilities, which link in with our offered Amadeus Computer Reservation System training.

Travelog enables staff and students to maintain all Air, Land, Insurance and sundry charges required to complete a booking, create and store client profiles to include supplier preferences and requirements, which can be easily exported into our Amadeus CRS , create quotes, itineraries and confirmation documentation and receive and provide payment for products and services.

Enrol in CI 135 Crown Certificate in International Travel, Tourism and Airline Studies course to learn this great programme.
